Boiler Installations

Unless your current boiler breaks down the best time to have your boiler changed is in the summer, ie. when its warmer. All the boilers we recommend are condensing and A rated. There are 3 main types of boiler, Heat only, System & Combination. During our quotation meeting we will discuss which type of boiler would suit your needs best. All installations will be registered with the Gas Safe Register who will issue you with a building regulation compliance certificate. Once the boiler of your choice is installed we provide a full backup service and in 12 months we will remind you when it requires it annual service.

Every boiler manufacturer considers it essential that when a new boiler is installed the existing radiators and pipework is power flushed in accordance with BS:7593, this ensures flux residues, excess jointing compounds, mineral oil and other contaminants

such as magnetite (black sludge) are completely removed prior to connection to your new boiler. Indeed the absence of a power flush may invalidate any guarantee.

Boiler Repair/Servicing

MPH Gas Ltd recognises the methodology of 'if it works don't fix it' however, one of the most common causes of boiler breakdowns is lack of regular maintenance. The ideal time for getting your boiler serviced is in the summer months, this will help prevent problems in the winter, a time you most need your boiler. We know you have busy lives so MPH Gas Ltd will send out an annual reminder before your boiler is due its service.

If your boiler does breakdown we will provide you with a swift response. We keep up to date with boiler manufacturers advances in technology and we are particularly adept to fault finding with the aim of getting your boiler up and running as soon as possible. We can obtain most spare parts within 24 hrs subject to availability.

Gas fires 

Inadequately maintained gas fires can pose a greater health risk than most of the new room sealed boilers, therefore, we at MPH Gas Ltd consider it essential that gas fires are serviced at least every 12 months. In addition to the servicing of gas fires, MPH Gas Ltd provides a full gas fire repair and installation service.
